Refund Eligibility:

Customers may be eligible for a refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or not as described on our website. Refunds are also provided for change of mind, only within 14 days of receiving the item, as long as it is still sealed in its original box. However, change of mind refunds do not apply to clearance items.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, customers must contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving the product. Customers may be required to provide proof of purchase and evidence of the issue with the product.

Refund Restrictions:

Refunds will not be issued if the product has been used, altered, or damaged after delivery. Refunds are not available for digital products, gift cards, or personalised items unless they are faulty.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the purchase. Refunds may take up to 15 days to be processed and reflected in the customers account.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is faulty or damaged upon arrival. Return shipping instructions will be provided by our customer support team upon approval of the refund request.

Kango Cart reserves the right to update the refund policy at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes on the website.
